Just uploading some more pictures from Big Creek from last weekend. 

The first fish Skyler caught at the Hatchery.

5lb Largemouth Bass.

Well if we learned anything that day, that would be that Fish bite when you least expect it. We were fishing 4" gary yamamoto senkos weightless for about an hour and we just started talking and fooling around. Jake Erdmann made a half-hearted cast and kept talking to me, I was looking at him and see his rod SLAM down. At first I thought he was just messing around when he said "Fish on!" but I stood corrected as this monster bass jumped and made an epic headshake. Skyler grabs its bottom jaw and Jake almost jumped out of his socks when he saw the size of it.

We have been trying to catch bass this size since last summer and have had many failed attempts... But we finally did it.

Great fish Jake! and I hope theres many more to come...

Springers Baby!

Skyler Endsley is the salmon master, in my eyes. He always proves my theories wrong when it comes to Salmon fishing, and is sort of a guide for me. He fishes a lot of popular salmon fisheries in WA such as the Washougal and the Lewis. He caught this nice Springer on a chartruse Rooster Tail!
It was released un-harmed.
